Yalo is an AI-powered sales intelligence platform helping commercial teams navigate complex deal cycles with clarity and precision. Their goal is to bring smart, data-driven support to the sales process guiding teams toward faster, better-informed decisions. They approached us at a pivotal point: the product had evolved significantly, their positioning had matured, and they were preparing to scale. The existing website, however, didn’t reflect this shift; it lacked structure, clarity, and visual polish. Yalo needed a platform that could grow with them, better articulate their value, and confidently support their go-to-market strategy.

the brand
We partnered with Yalo to rethink the brand from the inside out, developing a visual and conceptual identity that could grow with them. Our approach was inspired by: Parallel universes and constellations, to reflect the intelligence and vast potential of AI, light, motion, and space, used subtly across the site to evoke clarity, vision, and exploration. We designed a system that was both minimal and expressive, allowing the product and messaging to shine, while reinforcing Yalo’s forward-thinking tone. The result was a visual identity that balanced openness, intelligence, and confidence, elevating the brand’s credibility while remaining flexible for future growth.



solution
We rebuilt the Yalo website, delivering a fully responsive, multilingual Webflow site with a flexible, scalable CMS architecture. Key features included: Modular CMS for case studies, blog posts, resources, and feature content, allowing internal teams to easily update content without dev support, multilingual integration using Weglot, with seamless language switching and subdirectory setup, CRM-ready lead flows, with tracking and analytics in place to support conversions, accessibility improvements, including semantic structure, ARIA labels, and performance optimizations, component-based design system, enabling fast page creation and content reusability. We collaborated closely with their internal team to ensure they could manage the platform confidently post-launch, providing documentation, guidance, and a long-term foundation to support their future roadmap.



results
The new Yalo site launched in time to support a major marketing campaign and delivered immediate value. Internally, the team gained full control over content publishing and site updates, something they were previously blocked on. The modular CMS setup allowed marketing to work faster, publish more, and adapt in real-time without waiting on developers. Externally, the brand’s repositioning was met with strong feedback with early leads referencing the new site as part of their discovery journey. SEO improved, time-on-site increased, and the structure supported future multi-language growth.
